This Peanut Butter Icebox Cake is a delightful dessert that layers creamy peanut butter, rich chocolate pudding, and crunchy chocolate sandwich cookies. It’s a no-bake treat that’s perfect for any occasion, offering a symphony of flavors in every bite.

  • ⅓ cup salted sweet cream butter (melted)
  • 19.1 ounces crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (divided into 2 1/4 cups, 1 1/2 cups, and 1 1/2 cups)
  • 2 (3.9-ounce) boxes of instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 ¾ cups whole milk
  • 8 ounce package of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 2 cups whipped topping (thawed)
  • 5 cups Miniature Reese’s peanut butter cups (unwrapped and halved; divided into 2 cups and 3 cups)
  • 7.25 ounce bottle of chocolate magic shell

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Combine 2¼ cups of crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Beat pudding mix and milk until thickened. Fold in 2 cups of thawed whipped topping.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the cookie crust.
  5. Sprinkle 2 cups of halved peanut butter cups over the pudding layer.
  6. Sprinkle 1 ½ cups of crushed sandwich cookies over the peanut butter cups.
  7. Mix softened cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 2 cups of thawed whipped topping.
  8. Spread all of the peanut butter mixture over the crushed cookies layer.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining 1½ cups of crushed chocolate sandwich cookies over the peanut butter layer. Spread the remaining chocolate pudding mixture over the crushed cookies.
  10. Drizzle the magic shell over the top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Slice and serve chilled.
