    Ingredients

    • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese (soft, shredded, or diced string cheese)
    • 1 (16oz) container of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
    • 4 tbsp melted butter
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
    • Pinch of salt

    Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Cut the mozzarella cheese into 8 small cubes or measure out 4 ounces of shredded cheese.
    3. Separate the biscuit dough into 8 individual biscuits. Place a cheese cube in the center of each biscuit and wrap the dough around it, sealing tightly.
    4. Place the sealed cheese bombs seam side down onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
    5. While the biscuits bake, melt the butter and stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
    6. Brush each warm biscuit with the garlic butter mixture before serving.
