  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
