  • 1 pound cavatappi pasta

  • 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  2. Shred mozzarella, Colby Jack, and sharp cheddar cheeses; set half aside.
  3. Cook cavatappi pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
