1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
4 salmon fillets, skin-on or skinless
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons honey
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, Old Bay seasoning, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down if applicable.
Brush the honey butter Old Bay mixture generously over the salmon fillets, coating evenly.
Bake salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Once done, remove salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
Garnish salmon with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
