  • 4 salmon fillets, skin-on or skinless
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, Old Bay seasoning, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down if applicable.
