Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch Dinosaur kale, washed and coarsely chopped
  • 23 tablespoons coconut oil (or olive oil)
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

  • 23 shallots, sliced into rings
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable stock
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Stir in minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes; cook for an additional minute.
