The marinade combines barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and garlic for a mouthwatering taste. Simply marinate the ribs, place them in the crockpot, and let them cook to perfection. Perfect for gatherings or a cozy family dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, freshly minced
  • 4 to 5 pounds baby back ribs
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 cups your favorite Barbecue Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large ziplock bag, combine barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and cayenne pepper (if using). Seal the bag and knead to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Open the bag and add the baby back ribs. Reseal the bag and shake well to coat the ribs completely with the marinade.
  3. Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Place the marinated ribs into the crockpot. Pour ¾ of the marinade over the ribs, making sure they are well-covered.
  5. For tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs, cook on High for 4 to 5 hours. For a softer texture, cook on Low for 7 hours. For very tender ribs, cook on Low for 9 hours.
  6. Reserve some of the remaining sauce for serving at the table. Enjoy the ribs with extra barbecue sauce if desired!
