  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Salted Butter
  • 12 Slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 12 Slider Rolls

Instructions

  1. Roll beef into 1.5-ounce balls and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
  2. Preheat a griddle or cast iron pan over medium-high heat (around 400°F).
  3. Toast slider rolls cut in half on the griddle for about 2 minutes; set aside.
  4. Melt butter in the preheated pan, add beef balls, and smash them into thin patties using parchment paper.
  5. Cook patties for about 2 minutes until juices rise, then flip without smashing again and place cheese on top to melt.
  6. Assemble by stacking two patties on each toasted roll.
