4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano

In a bowl, combine olive oil, fresh lemon juice, dried basil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, turning to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 24 hours for best flavor).
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate.
Remove chicken from the marinade, discarding any excess marinade.
Grill chicken for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear and chicken is fully cooked.
Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes. Slice if desired.
Garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy your Simple Lemon Herb Chicken!
