  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the melted butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
