Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cornmeal (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat.
  2. Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant and lightly golden, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to desired thickness. Optionally, dust a pizza peel with cornmeal for easy transfer, or use a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Brush the garlic-infused olive oil over the entire surface of the pizza dough. Evenly spread ricotta cheese over the dough, followed by shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan. Arrange fresh spinach leaves over the cheeses. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone or place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Roasted Garlic Spinach White Pizza!
