These Reuben Crescent Rolls are a delicious twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, featuring corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough. Perfect as a savory snack or appetizer for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ pound shredded corned beef
  • 8 ounces crescent roll dough, broken into 8 triangles
  • ⅓ cup sauerkraut, very well drained
  • ¾ cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup Thousand Island dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Arrange the triangles on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing onto each crescent roll triangle.
  4. Evenly divide the shredded corned beef among the triangles, placing it on top of the dressing. Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese and sauerkraut over the corned beef, dividing them equally among the triangles.
  5. Starting at the wider end of each triangle, roll up the crescent rolls towards the pointed end. Place any stray pieces of shredded cheese on top of the rolls.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
