Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chocolate shavings
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzle
  • Extra banana slices, cherries, and chocolate pieces for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  5. Distribute the crushed pineapple, sliced strawberries, and banana slices evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Add dollops of whipped cream on top of the fruit layer. Drizzle generously with chocolate syrup. Garnish with extra banana slices, halved cherries, and chocolate shavings.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm before serving.
