Enjoy these fruity tacos as a fun and refreshing dessert that’s both easy to make and deliciously satisfying. Filled with a colorful mix of fresh fruits and topped with whipped cream or yogurt, they are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup whipped cream or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush both sides of the tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar. Shape the tortillas into taco shells by draping them over an upside-down muffin tin. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy. Allow them to cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, gently combine the diced strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, mango, and blueberries.
  3. Spoon a generous amount of the mixed fruit into each cooled tortilla shell.
  4. Top each taco with a dollop of whipped cream or a spoonful of vanilla yogurt.
  5. Optionally, garnish with fresh mint leaves. For an extra touch, you can drizzle with honey or a squeeze of lime juice.
