Dole Pineapple Whip is a refreshing and creamy dessert that combines frozen pineapple chunks, vanilla ice cream, and pineapple juice. This delightful treat is perfect for warm days and is easy to make at home. Enjoy it in cups or elegantly piped into serving dishes for a fun presentation.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen pineapple chunks, vanilla ice cream, and pineapple juice to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients on medium speed for 1 ½ to 2 ½ minutes until thick and smooth. If needed, adjust the consistency by adding more pineapple juice, 1 tablespoon at a time.
  3. To serve, immediately scoop the pineapple whip into cups or bowls. Alternatively, for a fancier presentation, transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Freeze the bag for about 30 minutes until firm but not hard. Trim the end of the bag and pipe the pineapple whip into serving dishes.
