1 cup tomato sauce or marinara sauce
4 frozen breaded chicken breast fillets
12 fresh basil leaves
4 slices provolone cheese
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 (16-ounce) package frozen garlic bread, thawed
Cooking spray
Aluminum foil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Arrange the frozen breaded chicken fillets on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions. Halfway through, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
Warm the garlic bread according to the package directions until slightly toasted.
Slice the garlic bread open lengthwise. Spread tomato sauce on the bottom half, place a chicken fillet on top, add provolone cheese and fresh basil.
Close the sandwiches with the top half of the garlic bread. Wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil and bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Unwrap and serve the sandwiches hot, with extra basil if desired.
