5 packets of ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 10 oz package shredded cabbage
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 teaspoons sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Season the sliced chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 2-4 minutes, or until browned.
Add the diced onion and shredded cabbage to the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
