1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the minced garlic, broccoli florets, sliced bell pepper, and onion. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Return the cooked shrimp to the pan. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring everything is well coated and heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
