1 cup corn kernels
4 cups chicken broth
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp minced ginger
2 green onions, chopped

Instructions
Boil the chicken breast until fully cooked. Shred it into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
In a pot, combine chicken broth, corn kernels, soy sauce, and minced ginger. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
