Ingredients
- 12-count package Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 3 cups warm pulled beef
- ½ cup barbecue sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- ¼ cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 ½ cups coleslaw (homemade or store-bought)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally while keeping the halves attached. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine pulled beef and barbecue sauce, then spread evenly over the bottom rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the beef mixture and press down gently.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder; brush generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before adding coleslaw on top of the beef; replace the top halves of the rolls.
