  • 400g fusilli pasta
  • 300g broccoli florets
  • 100g frozen peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fusilli pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. In the last 3-4 minutes of cooking, add broccoli florets and frozen peas. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  3. Return the drained pasta, broccoli, and peas to the pot. Toss well to combine with the garlic and olive oil.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until the cheese is melted and evenly distributed.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
