- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 21 oz. can Cherry Pie Filling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted unsalted butter and granulated sugar. Add cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and extract; mix until well combined. Incorporate eggs one at a time until fully blended. Gradually fold in flour and mini chocolate chips until just combined.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer. Gradually add sugar and mix well before adding flour and heavy cream. Mix in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into your prepared pan. Carefully spread half of the cheesecake mixture over it. Add spoonfuls of cherry pie filling across the cheesecake layer. Repeat with remaining brownie batter followed by more cheesecake mixture on top.
