This Hot Crab Dip is a creamy and savory dish that combines cream cheese, mayonnaise, and crab meat, topped with melted cheeses. It’s perfect for parties and gatherings, served hot with tortilla chips or crostini.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 1-quart baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the top with the remaining 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot with tortilla chips or crostini.
