6 taco-size flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Oil for greasing the cooking surface
Optional Big Mac Sauce: 1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp pickle relish
Instructions
Prepare the Sauce (Optional): Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish in a bowl to make Big Mac Sauce. Set aside.
Preheat Your Cooking Surface: Heat a Blackstone griddle, cast iron skillet, or regular pan over medium-high heat.
Form the Burger Tacos: Divide ground beef into six portions. Flatten each portion onto a tortilla to create a thin, even layer. Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning.
Cook the Tacos: Lightly grease the cooking surface with oil. Place tortillas beef side down on the hot surface. Cook for about 2 minutes.
Add Cheese and Cook: Flip tortillas and immediately top beef side with shredded cheddar cheese. Continue cooking for 1-3 minutes until tortillas are crisp and beef is cooked.
Assemble and Serve: Remove tacos from heat. Add shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles. Fold tortillas in half and serve hot.
