Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup salted sweet cream butter
  • 1 ¼ cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 ½ tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a 9-inch fluted tart pan with parchment paper. Lightly spray with nonstick spray. Set aside.
  2. In a medium heat-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave for 45-55 seconds until melted and smooth. Spread half of the melted chocolate into the prepared tart pan, coating the bottom and sides evenly. Chill in the refrigerator.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. In another bowl, microwave peanut butter and butter for 45 seconds. Stir until smooth. Spread over the chilled chocolate layer in the tart pan.
  4. Spread the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer. Smooth with a spatula. Tap the tart pan gently to settle the chocolate. Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Remove the pie from the tart pan by gently applying pressure to the edges. Peel off parchment paper and transfer to a serving plate. Slice and serve.
