1 cup milk
1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the cooled brewed coffee, milk, sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract until the sugar and cocoa are completely dissolved.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the coffee mixture until fully incorporated and smooth.
Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a small gap at the top to allow for expansion.
Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the pops are solid.
To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds until they come out easily.
