  • 1 cup Mini Reese's Pieces
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the Mini Reese's Pieces gently.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop out 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough and flatten it slightly in your palm. Place about 1 teaspoon of creamy peanut butter in the center of the flattened dough. Fold the dough around the peanut butter, sealing it in, and roll into a ball. Place the stuffed dough balls on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are set. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
