Ingredients
Scale
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated provolone cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side). Transfer chicken to the prepared baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, melted butter, and minced garlic. Mix well.
Top each chicken breast with mozzarella and provolone cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan breadcrumb mixture evenly over the chicken.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden brown.
Remove from oven and let rest briefly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
