These Hot Italian Sub Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer perfect for gatherings. Layered with ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese, these sliders are brushed with a flavorful garlic butter mixture and baked until golden brown. Serve them warm with marinara sauce for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

  • 12 pack rolls, halved lengthwise
  • 6 oz package of ham, thinly sliced
  • 5 oz package of salami, thinly sliced
  • 5 oz package of pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 9 slices provolone cheese
  • ⅓ cup pepperoncini, sliced
  • ⅓ cup pickled hot cherry peppers, sliced
  • ¼ cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the bottom halves of the rolls on a baking sheet. Layer on the ham, followed by salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese. Add sliced hot cherry peppers and pepperoncini on top. Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and crushed garlic. Mix well.
  4. Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the sliders, making sure to cover every nook and cranny.
  5. Cover the sliders with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm. Enjoy with a side of marinara sauce for dipping if desired!
