8 ounces spaghetti noodles
10 ounces shrimp, deveined and peeled
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
Red pepper flakes, for garnish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
1/2 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet Thai chili sauce, lime juice, and sriracha sauce. Set aside.
Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add seasoned shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. In the last 30 seconds, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Turn off the heat and add cooked spaghetti noodles to the skillet with shrimp. Pour prepared sauce over the shrimp and noodles, tossing until well coated.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and red pepper flakes. Serve immediately.
