- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter morsel chips
- 1 box brownie mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-cup cupcake pan or use a mini muffin tin for bite-size brownies.
- Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the box.
- Spoon the mix evenly into the tin using an ice cream scoop for consistent size. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out mostly clean.
- Once slightly cooled, use the back of a spoon to make an indentation in the center of each brownie. Melt peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir until smooth, and spoon a small amount into each indentation.
- Sprinkle both chocolate and peanut butter chips over the peanut butter.
- Allow to cool in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack. Store in a sealed container if you don't devour them immediately!
