Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup chopped candy bars
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Reese’s Pieces or M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted chocolate with canola oil until smooth. Stir in granulated sugar, then beat in eggs one at a time. In a separate bowl, whisk flour and salt, then gradually add to the chocolate mixture.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  4. Chop candy bars into bite-sized pieces while the brownie base bakes.
  5. Once out of the oven, cool for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with chocolate chips and chopped candy bars, finishing with Reese’s Pieces or M&Ms.
  6. Allow to cool completely for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
