1½ cups strawberry banana yogurt
¼ cup granulated sugar
2½ cups ripe bananas, peeled and sliced (reserve ½ cup for garnish)
8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
8 ounce container whipped topping, thawed
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
4 cups fresh strawberries, washed, tops removed, hulled, and quartered (reserve ½ cup for garnish)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, use a handheld mixer on medium-high to beat the softened cream cheese for 1-1½ minutes until smooth.
Add the granulated sugar and pure vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Continue to beat for another 1½-2 minutes until well incorporated.
Gently fold in the strawberry banana yogurt and the whipped topping until completely combined. Cover the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Just before serving, gently fold in 3½ cups of quartered strawberries and 2 cups of sliced bananas.
Garnish the salad with the reserved ½ cup of strawberries and ½ cup of sliced bananas. Serve immediately and enjoy!
