Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 full-size Snickers candy bars, divided
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 12 ounces Cool Whip, divided
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, melt 6 of the chopped Snickers bars with peanut butter and heavy whipping cream over low heat. Stir continuously until smooth and combined. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature, approximately 20 minutes.
  2. Fold in 8 ounces of Cool Whip into the cooled chocolate mixture until well incorporated.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust in a 9-inch pie plate, spreading it evenly.
  4. Cover the pie with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place it in the freezer. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight, until firm.
  5. Before serving, chop the remaining 2 Snickers bars. Top the frozen pie with the remaining 4 ounces of Cool Whip and sprinkle the chopped Snickers bars over the top as garnish.
  6. Slice and serve the Frozen Snickers Pie directly from the freezer.
