½ cup sugar
1 egg

½ cup butter
1 ½ tsp baking powder
2 cups sour cream
½ cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 egg yolks
4 cups blueberries
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Cut the butter into small cubes and blend into the dry mixture until crumbly. Add the egg and mix until a dough forms. Press the dough into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
Spread the blueberries evenly over the crust. In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, white sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolks until smooth. Pour this mixture over the blueberries.
