Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne for 15-30 minutes.
- Prepare the corn salsa by mixing thawed corn, diced red onion, minced jalapeño (if using), chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Make the creamy garlic sauce by combining mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
