This Grilled Salmon with Lemon Herb Butter is a delicious and healthy dish that combines the rich flavors of salmon with a zesty herb butter. Perfectly grilled to flaky perfection, it’s an ideal meal for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Lemon Herb Butter: In a small bowl, combine softened butter with chopped parsley, dill, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Season the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on the preheated grill, skin-side down. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
  5. Serve with Lemon Herb Butter: Remove the grilled salmon from the heat and transfer to a serving platter. Top each fillet with a generous dollop of lemon herb butter. Allow the butter to melt slightly over the warm fish before serving.
