  • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Powder
  • 1 Whole Avocado
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/8 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Limes (juiced)
  • 1 Serrano Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salmon by coating it in canola oil and seasoning it thoroughly with the spice mix. Refrigerate until ready to grill.
  2. For the avocado crema, blend ripe avocado with sour cream, lime juice, garlic cloves, cilantro, serrano pepper, and water until smooth. Chill before serving.
