These steak bites are marinated in a flavorful blend of soy sauce, olive oil, and spices, then seared to perfection. Perfect for a quick and delicious meal, they are tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ to 1 lb flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

  1. Without the steak, combine all the other ingredients in a large ziplock bag and stir until well combined to form a marinade.
  2. Lay the steak pieces in the bag and close it. Gently shake the steaks to coat them with the marinade. Refrigerate for more than 3 hours, ensuring the steak is well soaked.
  3. Heat a skillet to very hot. Remove the steak pieces from the marinade using a slotted spoon and carefully place them in the hot pan. Discard the marinade.
  4. Cook the steak to desired temperature, approximately 3 minutes for medium-well. Serve hot and enjoy the delicacy.
