Ingredients
Scale
½ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup olive oil
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ to 1 lb flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
Instructions
Without the steak, combine all the other ingredients in a large ziplock bag and stir until well combined to form a marinade.
Lay the steak pieces in the bag and close it. Gently shake the steaks to coat them with the marinade. Refrigerate for more than 3 hours, ensuring the steak is well soaked.
Heat a skillet to very hot. Remove the steak pieces from the marinade using a slotted spoon and carefully place them in the hot pan. Discard the marinade.
Cook the steak to desired temperature, approximately 3 minutes for medium-well. Serve hot and enjoy the delicacy.
