Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for optimal flavor infusion.
  3. Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with olive oil.
  5. Grill or roast the chicken until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), about 6-7 minutes per side on the grill, or 25-30 minutes in the oven.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve garnished with chopped cilantro and lime wedges on the side.
