Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 banana, sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 1 pack edible googly eyes
  • 1/4 cup white frosting or cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all fruits. Hull and halve the strawberries, slice the bananas and kiwis, and prepare the grapes.
  2. Thread a green grape onto the skewer to form the Grinch's body. Add a banana slice for the neck. Place a kiwi slice above the banana. Top with a strawberry half, cut side facing down. Finish with a mini marshmallow at the very top for the hat.
  3. Use a small amount of white frosting or cream cheese to attach edible googly eyes to the kiwi slice. Draw a smile with a tiny bit of frosting or a small piece of fruit leather.
