This Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna is a delightful no-bake dessert that layers a creamy cheesecake filling with fresh strawberries and a buttery graham cracker crust. Perfect for gatherings, it combines the classic flavors of cheesecake with the freshness of strawberries, making it a refreshing treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 (8-ounce) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (16-ounce) container fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 glass or porcelain dish. Chill in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to set.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in one container of whipped topping until the mixture is creamy and well combined. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  3. Set aside 5-6 whole strawberries for garnish. Wash, hull, and slice the remaining strawberries. Arrange the sliced strawberries over the cheesecake layer.
  4. Spread the remaining container of whipped topping over the strawberries. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, to let the flavors meld and the layers set.
  5. Before serving, garnish with the reserved whole strawberries and a sprinkle of the remaining graham cracker crumbs.
