Ingredients
Scale
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup small marshmallows
4 graham crackers
Instructions
Peel the bananas and slice them lengthwise down the middle, making sure not to cut all the way through. Gently open the banana to create a pocket.
Stuff the banana pockets with chocolate chips and small marshmallows. Feel free to add as much as you like for a gooey, sweet filling.
Place each banana on a square piece of aluminum foil. Fold the foil around the banana to create a tented packet, ensuring it doesn’t stick to the filling.
Grill the foil-wrapped bananas over medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for the same amount of time.
Carefully open the foil and crunch up a graham cracker into small pieces. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the warm bananas. Let the banana boats cool slightly before digging in.
Scoop out the melted chocolate and marshmallows with a spoon and savor the delicious s’more-inspired treat!
