Ingredients

  • 14 oz kielbasa, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 32 oz bag cubed hash browns
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of the slow cooker with non-stick spray.
  2. Add the cubed hash browns, kielbasa, diced onion, and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese to the slow cooker. Mix well to combine.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce over the potato mixture in the slow cooker. Stir to ensure everything is well-coated. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the casserole is heated through.
