Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs baby creamer potatoes, washed and sliced in half
  • lbs sausage kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced ¼" thick
  • 2 15 oz cans green beans, drained
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅛ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Place the halved potatoes in a sealable gallon-sized bag. Add vegetable oil, garlic powder, Slap Ya Mama® seasoning, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Shake well to coat.
  3. In a large frying pan, cook the sausage with water over medium-high heat until browned and most of the water evaporates. Remove the sausage from the pan and let it cool slightly. Then, add the sausage to the bag with potatoes.
  4. Melt the butter in the same frying pan. Add onions and garlic, cooking until the onions are translucent. Let cool for a few minutes, then add to the bag with the sausage and potatoes. Shake to mix.
  5. Add the drained green beans to the bag. Shake to combine all ingredients. Transfer everything to the prepared baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
