Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs salmon (four filets)
  • 3 tbsp Homemade Salmon Seasoning (or preferred seafood seasoning)
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil (or neutral oil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon filets evenly with seasoning.

  4. Add avocado oil to the griddle and char both lemon halves and slices lightly.
  5. Place seasoned salmon filets skin side up on the griddle.
  6. After one minute, remove the reserved half lemon and flip over the sliced lemons.

  8. Squeeze juice from charred half lemon over each filet and top with charred slices.
  9. Finish cooking for another 7-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  10. Serve immediately while hot.
