Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shaved roast beef
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 9 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 dozen dinner rolls
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Topping
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup poppy seeds
  • ¼ cup dried onion flakes
  • ¼ cup black sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together all Everything Bagel Topping ingredients and store in an airtight container.
  2. Mix 2 tablespoons melted butter with 2 tablespoons of Everything Bagel Topping and set aside.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped bell pepper and onion, sauté until tender and slightly golden. Set aside.
  4. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons olive oil. Cook the shaved roast beef until heated through and slightly grilled.
  5. Carefully cut dinner rolls in half, keeping the tops and bottoms together. Place the bottom halves in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Spread mayonnaise over the bottom rolls.
  6. Layer the cooked beef evenly over the bottom rolls. Place provolone cheese slices over the beef. Sprinkle sautéed vegetables on top of the cheese.
  7. Place the pan in the preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven. Add the top halves of the rolls, brush with the Everything Bagel Butter mixture. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. Cut the sliders into individual sandwiches and serve warm.
