Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 ounces cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch casserole dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped bell pepper and onion until the beef is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender.
  3. Drain any excess grease from the skillet and return the beef mixture to the pan. Season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Add the Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese, stirring until the cheese is fully melted and the mixture is well combined.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving.
