- 3 ounces Peach Jell-O mix
- 1 cup hot water
- ½ cup cold water
- 5.1 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
- 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
- 45 ounces canned sliced peaches, drained, patted dry, and cubed
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Peach Jell-O mix with 1 cup of hot water. Stir until completely dissolved. Add ½ cup cold water and mix well. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to cool slightly.
- After the Jell-O mixture has cooled for 15 minutes, add the instant vanilla pudding mix. Whisk until well blended. Return the bowl to the refrigerator for another 15 minutes.
- Once the mixture has set slightly, gently fold in the thawed whipped topping, drained and cubed peaches, and mini marshmallows. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the peach fluff salad for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible.
