Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 4 flour tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped green peppers
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • Nacho cheese flavored Doritos, crushed
  • Shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the diced onions and chopped green peppers. Sauté for about 4 minutes until softened.
  3. Mix in the taco seasoning packet, ensuring the beef and vegetables are well coated.
  4. In a bowl, combine the nacho cheese sauce with the Rotel, stirring until well mixed.
  5. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon a layer of the nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  6. Top the cheese mixture with the seasoned beef, a dollop of sour cream, and a generous sprinkle of crushed Doritos.
  7. Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and then roll up from the bottom to form a burrito shape.
  8. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast until crispy and golden brown on both sides.
  9. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately with shredded lettuce and any additional toppings you prefer.
